Head to Nessus for some Exotics
The weekly Exotic item merchant, Xur, hangs out in random locations around the world of Destiny. In Destiny 2, he can appear all over the map, as well as inside the Tower. This week, you can find Xur on Nessus, at the Watcher’s Grave landing zone, hanging out on top of Calus’ barge.

Xur’s inventory this week consists of the following:
- Black Talon, Void sword: 29 Legendary Shards
- Mechaneer’s Tricksleeves, Hunter gauntlets: 23 Legendary Shards
- Dunemarchers, Titan legs: 23 Legendary Shards
- Claws of Ahamkara, Warlock gauntlets: 23 Legendary Shards
- Exotic Engram: 97 Legendary Shards (you can now purchase a second with an Exotic Cipher)

Black Talon
Black Talon is a powerful Exotic sword from the Forsaken expansion. Its Exotic perk, Crow’s Wings, allows it to fire a Void projectile after two subsequent heavy attacks. Its trait, Tireless Blade, regenerates ammo on certain powerful attack kills.
Black Talon is a very powerful sword right now. Adding a ranged attack to a sword takes away a lot of the weapon type’s usual danger. Instead of slamming your blade into enemies in their face, you can blast at them from a safe distance. If you don’t have Black Talon, you should add it to your collection.
Mechaneer’s Tricksleeves
These gauntlets are all sidearms all the time, with their Exotic perk Spring-loaded Mounting: Swapping to a sidearm increases its ready and reload speed. If you’re wounded, it also increases the sidearm’s damage.
Sidearms are very powerful at the moment, and these gauntlets can boost their power. If you don’t have these yet, pick up them up this season.

Mask of the Quiet One
Dunemarchers are excellent Titan boots that everyone should pick up. Their exotic perk, Linear Actuators, increases your sprint speed and causes your next melee after sprinting to chain damage to nearby foes. The secondary part of this perk got a massive buff last season, and deals tons of damage. If you don’t have these boots for your Titan, be sure to grab them.

Claws of Ahamkara
The Claws of Ahamkara are Warlock gauntlets added in Destiny 2’s Warmind expansion. Their exotic perk, The Whispers, grants any Warlock that wears these gloves an extra melee charge. Warlocks have some pretty powerful melee abilities, so these are great gloves if you love getting up close with your enemies.
