Complete every Mission Story in Dubai
In this Hitman 3 guide, we’ll walk you through every Mission Story in Dubai during the “How The Mighty Fall” Mission, including “Bird of Prey,” “(In)Security,” and “How The Mighty Fall.” Below, we’ve got maps showing where to start, important items to find, where every clue is, and every location you’ll need to visit.

Bird of Prey
Join the meeting with Carl Ingram
Zana Kazem, aka “The Vulture.” One of the top agents working for Crystal Dawn, the Pan-African terrorist organization. I almost hired him myself once but chose The Maelstrom instead. Now, what is his business here?
Hitman 3’s “Bird of Prey” Mission Story requires Agent 47 to take the role of Zana “The Vulture” Kazem and do a job for Carl Ingram.
Head for the Garden on Level 1 to start this Mission Story.

From the Lobby, head up and to the right. Pass through the Atrium, and then continue up to the Garden on Level 1. You’ll walk up to a man having an argument with some guards and start the “Bird of Prey” Mission Story.
Disguise yourself as Zana “The Vulture” Kazem
Follow Kazem into the Garden where you can eliminate him.

Follow Kazem away from the guards, and he’ll head toward a nearby bench to the north. As you follow him, there’s a small, closed-off sitting area on your right.

Duck in, and turn on the sound system. Hide in the bushes(?) while Kazem comes to investigate. Let him turn off the sound system (so no one else investigates), and then subdue him. Put on the assassin disguise.
While you’re back here, dump anything illegal you might be carrying.
Talk to Omar al-Ghazali’s personal assistant

Head back to where you found Kazem arguing with the guards and let them frisk you. Head up the stairs and speak to the personal assistant.
Follow the assistant to the meeting room//Wait for Ingram in the meeting room//Listen to what Ingram has to say

Follow her up the stairs and into the meeting room. Don’t pick up anything when you arrive or you’ll alert the three guards. Just head for the chair that’s been pulled out and wait.
Listen to Ingram as he gives you a task. Take the file and leave.
Locate Hanz Lucht//Take a picture of Hans Lucht incapacitated
You’ll find Lucht at the bar on the south side of the Atrium.

Head out the door you came in and back down the stairs. Make your way back to the Atrium. You’ll find Lucht at the bar on the far side.
Lead Lucht back to the Garden.

Approach him, and offer to escort him. Lead him back across the Atrium to the north. Take the stairs up (this is right next to where you got frisked) and hook around into the first room on the right.
Make sure you take a picture before you dump Lucht’s body.

Lead Lucht right over to the cabinet there. Take a quick look around to make sure no one can see you, and subdue him. Take a picture with your camera (include his face), and then stuff him in the cabinet.
Bring the picture to the assistant//Follow the assistant to the penthouse
Take the photo back to the assistant in Penthouse Reception on Level 3.

Take the stairs all the way back up to the meeting room. You’ll find the assistant at the Penthouse Reception desk. Give her the photo of Ingram’s target, and then follow her again.
She’ll lead you all the way up to the Master Suite on Level 5. Head inside and talk to Ingram. That will complete the “Bird of Prey” Mission Story. As long as you’re here, though …

When Ingram dismisses everyone, one guard will remain standing by the bed. When Ingram turns his back, subdue the bodyguard. Once he’s down, head over and eliminate Ingram. Stash them both in the closet on the other side of the bed, and head out.
(In)Security
Take the role of Stuyvesant’s replacement bodyguard
Stuyvesant is expecting a replacement guard. If you can locate him, we should be able to get within strangling distance of the little worm.
Hitman 3’s “(In)Security” Mission Story requires Agent 47 to take the role of a new bodyguard working for Stuyvesant.
To start this Mission Story, you need to get up to the Security Room on Level 2. From the Lobby, head up the stairs and keep to the left. You’ll pass a bar on your left. Stop there and pick up a couple coins from the bar — we’ll use them in a second.
Continue to the south and up the stairs until you hit the south wall. Turn left and keep going up through the Black Gold Bar. Stick to the wall and keep heading up to Level 2.

When you reach the Accumulus: Sky Is The Limit wall outside the Art Gallery, look for a small hallway to your left. Wait for the guard to leave on his patrol, and duck into the hallway. Crouch behind the crate there, and wait for the guard to return.
Toss a coin down the hall past you, and subdue the event security guard, put on his disguise, pick up his gun, and grab the security key. Stash his body in the crate.

Use the key on the door in that hallway to enter the Security Room. As soon as you walk in, you’ll spot a couple more guards having a conversation. Eavesdrop on them to pick up the “(In)Security” Mission Story.
Locate the missing recruit//Acquire the recruit’s orders
Head back out of the Security Room to the south, and take a left. Pass through the double doors to find a set of stairs leading down. Take them down two floors to Level 0. You’ll come out near some vending machines and there’ll be a wrench on the boxes to your left. Grab that — it’ll make the next step easier.

Turn right and head into the Kitchen. Keep to the right to find a locker room (seems unsanitary) — the first door is locked, but the one a little farther in is open. The recruit is there, talking to a woman from event staff. Knock them both out (with the wrench), and stash their bodies in the crate to your left.
Pick up the transfer papers from the bench on the right.
Present yourself at the security office//Wait for Marcus in the security office//Give your orders to Stuyvesant

Backtrack up the same Security Room where you started the Mission Story. Announce your arrival and wait for Marcus. When he arrives, give him the transfer papers.
Follow Stuyvesant to the balcony//Hit the four targets with knives

Follow Stuyvesant to the balcony. He’ll talk a lot, and then challenge you to hit four moving targets with kitchen knives. Pick up all six knives (it’s always good to have extras), and then throw them at the four targets.
That will complete the “(In)Security” Mission Story, but it’d be a shame to waste these knives, so …
Quickly take out the other guard to your right with a knife to the face, and then come up behind Stuyvesant. Give him a push to eliminate him and earn the Vertical Approach Assassination Challenge.
How The Mighty Fall
Facilitate Grey’s Revenge
Listen, I want to talk to the parners directly, make them understand why all of this is happening. And that Terminal gives me an idea.
Hitman 3’s “How The Mighty Fall” Mission Story requires Agent 47 to take the role of a penthouse guard to eliminate both of Grey’s targets.

From the Lobby, head up the stairs ahead of you. Look for an information terminal to the right or left against the windows (there are a number of them and any will work, but the ones on the right are marginally closer). Visit one to get the Burj Al-Ghazali floor plan and start the “How The Mighty Fall” Mission Story.
Infiltrate the Staff Area//Follow Grey’s Instructions//Locate the scenic route
Head for the Staff Area in the southeast of Level 0. Grey will feed you the combination for the keypad — 4706.
In the hall, there’s an alcove on the left with a hammer and a vacuum. Grab the hammer, turn on the vacuum, and then duck behind some boxes.
Use the vacuum to eliminate the two enforcers in the hallway.

A mechanic will come check on the noise. Knock her out and stash her in the cabinet along the right. Repeat the process for the event staff talking loudly on his phone. Put on the event staff disguise, and continue down the hall.
Take the scenic route
The scenic route is outside of this window.

At the end of the hall, wait for the two guards to leave, and then follow the hall to the left. Stay behind the boxes as you use your camera to open the window. That should prompt the event staff to leave. Knock out the event security, and put on his disguise. Stash the body in the dumpster along the east wall.
Vault through the window, and use the ledge to make your way to the right (east). When you hit a vertical beam, climb it as high as you can, and then shimmy left to another window washing platform. Scan the window with your camera to get back inside.
Find the server room
We’re going to do things a little out of order here — it’ll make your life much easier and earn you the Chip and Dip Feat Challenge.
Don’t touch anything in the Server Room until you get the Server Room Keycard.

Take the first door on the left — it’s labeled Storage Room/Server Room. Knock out the maintenance staff inside and stash him in the cabinet. Continue through the server room, but don’t touch anything. Instead, head out the maintenance door in the back right corner.

Take a left, and head past the woman on her phone. Take out the other maintenance staff around the corner, and stuff him in the cabinet. He’ll drop a Server Room Keycard. Take that back to the Server Room. (If you’re quick, you can avoid the other enforcer maintenance staff before she’s done with her call. Otherwise, knock her out and stuff her in the same cabinet.)
Swipe keycard//Acquire admin privileges//Re-order the schedule
Look for the screen with yellow text (it’s random, so you’ll have to check every time).

In the Server Room, a new reader will pop up from the floor. Swipe the Server Room Keycard. One of the server displays will change to yellow text. Interact with that one to acquire admin privileges.
Use the terminal and hit all the buttons — disable cameras, open elevator doors, and re-arrange meetings.
Disguise yourself as a penthouse guard//Infiltrate the penthouse floor

Conveniently, there’s a penthouse guard right outside of the Server Room. Knock him out, grab his disguise, and stash his body in the attached Storage Room (with the maintenance staff from earlier).
Cut through the Meeting Room to avoid enforcers.

Head north along the floor. You’ll pass the Security Room on your right — there’ll be a guard on his phone talking about a keycard and safe combination that you’ll need if you want the Geronimo Feat Challenge. (We’re not going to do that here.)
Take the next left into the Meeting Room. Walk straight through and out the other side through either door to enter Penthouse Reception. Take the stairs up.
Find the lounge

At the top of the stairs, follow the path as it curves left. You’ll walk straight into the lounge.
When both of your targets are in place, interact with the panel to activate the secure room. That will complete the “How The Mighty Fall” Mission Story.

Since you’ve got both targets here, you might as well stick around to eliminate them. Watch the video Grey projects for a while. Wait for both men to approach the screen, and shoot the chandelier to earn the Impactful Art Assassination Challenge. You can also grab the Model of The Sceptre from the right side of the room to get the Pocket-Sized Empire Discovery Challenge.
However you kill them, stash both bodies in the chest near the secure room panel. After that, you can open the shutters and calmly make your way out.
